The Walk-in and Drive-through testing centre was commissioned by the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Dr. Tomi Coker while other government officials in the Local Government were present. The Honourable Commissioner for Forestry, Engr. Tunji Akinosi, Majority Leader of Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Yusuf Sherif, Chairman Transition Committee of Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Alhaji Wasiu Lawal, member of Ogun State Judicial Service Commission, Hon. Aina Akinpelu were among the dignitaries present during the commissioning.
The Health Commissioner explained that the centre is meant to receive samples from walk-in and drive-through patients while the sample will be taken to the Laboratory for evaluation and result will be forwarded to the Ministry of Health for further action.

In addition to the central testing centre at Ijamido Hall, other centres have been created across the wards in the Local Government to enhance accessibility during the lockdown. Below is the time table for each wards:
